Impossible for me at 1PM. Can do at 2:30/3 PM either Saturdays or Sundays, you decide which day based on overall availability. (not both because one day is reserved for studies / other affairs)

Seriously, we never started this early, I think it's a ridiculous hour to be honest.

We will only play one day each week, more would be too much for many, and too much to organize.

The starting time is early for you, but I dont see a problem either you finishin up lunch a bit earlier and/or joining up a bit later than the rest.

In the meantime you can enter your avaibility in the doodle. I can only pick rough times there, maybe's dont help at all, its like you entering nothing. Jur is preparing sth. else as well.

Remember to add your forum code to the paradox boards so you can see the technical support section with early patches in it.



The schedule is simply not filled in by everyone. Please as soon as you know and try to guesstimate avaibility 2 weeks in advance at least - do it! It is quite easy being like a normal excel sheet. Harkon, the sheet lists single days, not general fridays. In the doodle you stated you had time this friday argh. Decide!


To everyone: IN CASE YOU POST YOUR AVAIBILITY NOT / TOO LATE IN THE SCHEDULE - WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONSIDER YOUR SCHEDULE AND PLAN WITHOUT YOU.


Harkon&Jur: Delete your 2nd posts in the signup thread. Jur cant do it because he fails as an admin. Show him how its done Harkon. Also the rules have to be clearly accepted. No exceptions.

Both are allowed. But there are exploitative strategies you can use them for:

Mercs: Move them to your enemies territory BEFORE declaring war to instagib his levy.

Matrilinial Marriage: The AI will accept it too often and give you its best advisors to marry your lowborn courtiers. Lowborn people should never be able to marry matrinial since this was a complete exception for noble houses AND some rare cultures like the basques.


And so on. There are many more like this that I do not know yet / wont be fixed in the release version, so I gave examples what exploiting might be. In case you are uncertain: ask.


EDIT:

People who ordererd on STEAM still have to wait 6 more hours to 1900 CET in order to play. Gamersgate people can download and play now. So there is still doubt GG has the better offer for your money? Razz

To enable the FREE DLCs:

1. Go to the ingame store.
2. Login
3. Reinstall both green hightlighted DLC's (Mongol Feces and Dynastic Shit)
4. Restart the game (notice in the game launcher both DLC's appear at the bottom)
5. Check the King of France: If his Dynastic Shield = Shield of France you got it right.

Challenge + sense of achievement + carving your own realm.

Starting as a count you can be a duke and maybe even more with some cunning and luck, so why start as one and deny yourself this part of the game hehe.

In the End it all depends on your starting realm. Some Counties are more powerful than duchies. Some duchies outrank some kingdoms.

What do you mean harkon, ofc we can interact if we are counts ^^

Its more rewarding to start as a count and it isnt so hard to become a duke... We can do wars against other people within and outside the realm without having the king interfering.

Yeah I know, my point is, if we are counts, we are smaller, and therefore have lesser potential to expand / interact with relatively distant duchies.

So I might go some count close to one of you guys just so I can interfere in your affairs. Razz

Oh boy it's super fun to play as a Duke in the HRE. Plenty of ducal claims all around, pagans to bash on if all else fails, overall chaos, and a mostly powerless to stop you puppet Emperor.
